Refund policy

At TWM Performace Fabrication, all of our products are custom-built and handcrafted to order for each vehicle.  Due to the personalized nature of our work, we do not accept returns or issue refunds under any circumstances.

By placing an order with us, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.  Please ensure you have throughly reviewed your order details before finalizing your purchase.

Damages and issues

At TWM Performance Fabrication, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. However, if you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately.


To report a damaged or defective item:

1. Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

2. Provide clear photos of the damage or defect, along with a detailed description.

3. Email this information to wade@twmfabrication or reach out via our contact form.


We will evaluate your claim promptly and, if approved, provide a resolution such as repair, replacement, or other appropriate action at our discretion.


Please Note:

• Damage caused during installation, misuse, or modifications is not covered.

• Claims made after the 48-hour window will not be considered.

Exchanges
At TWM Performance Fabrication, we do not offer exchanges.  


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
