• Please allow 4-6 weeks for production before your order is shipped.

• Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of the order.

• We use trusted carriers to ensure safe delivery.

Delivery Time

• Delivery times may vary depending on your location. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your shipment.

Shipping Locations

• Currently, we ship within the U.S.

• If you are outside our standard shipping zones, please contact us for a custom quote.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

• TWM Performance Fabrication is not responsible for delays caused by carriers.

• If your item is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photos and details. We will assist in filing a claim with the carrier.

Important Notes

• Ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. TWM Performance Fabrication is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

• Signature confirmation may be required for delivery to ensure your package arrives securely.
